"We offer luxury plus affordability," said the owner of Salon of Style LLC, Jessica Hanes, who has been a cosmetologist for more than 10 years.

A native of the Eastern Panhandle, Hanes is one of the facility's five stylist's along with Tracey Myers, Angel Bowers, Samantha Carr and Jackie Shreck. Completing the salon's team of specialists, which has more than 33 years of combined experience, are massage therapist Leah Canby, nail technician Serena Skaggs.

"We're always excited to welcome a new customer to our salon," Hanes said. "They can come in and relax with a cup of coffee or hot tea."

And it's difficult not to relax upon walking into Salon of Style, which has cushy seating, calm colors and an overall dreamy decor.

"You can feel the tranquility in the atmosphere as you enter the door," said Hanes as she motioned around at the open, airy room.

Hanes encouraged anyone interested to stop by for a free consultation, no appointment necessary.

"We would like for you to come in and take a few minutes to meet with each of us," she said.

The beauty salon is open Tuesday - Friday 9-6pm and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2pm; it is closed on Sunday and on everyother  Monday by appointment . The salon is located by the DMV in Martinsburg.
